Is the free tier a trial?
No. Every billing cycle starts with 100 free synced orders. A small store can use Scrivo free, forever.
What counts as a synced order?
One Shopify order recorded in QuickBooks — whether it posts as its own receipt/invoice or inside a daily summary. Refunds count once; a reversed (voided) entry drops back out. Failed syncs and items held for your review are never charged.
Can the bill surprise me?
No. Charges stop at $500 per month no matter your volume, and the Usage page shows your live count and charges at all times.
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify bill — you approve the plan once inside the app. You can cancel anytime from the Usage page; the 100 free orders per month stay either way.
